Provides physical support for patients/residents. Assist patients with activities of daily living. Administers medications and treatments. Documents activities.

Typical Requirements: 

  1. Current CPR certification.
  2. Certification with an accredited CNA training course
  3. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  4. Knowledge of relevant nursing care.
  5. Friendly and professional bedside manner.
  6. Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills.
  7. Understand the legal implications of patient care.
  8. Ability to think, work independently, with direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. High School graduate or equivalent.

Pay Ranges

Base Hourly: $19 per hour
Annual: $40000 – $75000
