Description

This position is an analyst position that develops application solutions for end users within Epic. Works closely with clinical leaders to translate business needs into EHR functionality. Works with multiple teams to ensure Quality Build accuracy. Meet with physicians as needed to help with workflow issues and coach them. Track EHR build projects. 

Typical Requirements: 

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Obtain AMB Certification/Proficiency within 90 days of hire.
  3. Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously.
  4. Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
  5. Ability to clearly and concisely compose grammatically correct written material.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy.
  7. Must be detail-oriented and can prioritize a variety of tasks, and multitask.
  8. Ability to work independently and as a team participant.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Experience working in Epic.
  2. One year of work experience in a medical office setting.
  3. Knowledge of medical terminology.
  4. Possess organizational and time management skills.
  5. Clinical experience (RN, LPN, etc.)

Pay Ranges

Base Hourly: $32 per hour
Annual: $65000 – $102000
