Description
Assists the Information Systems department in analyzing and designing reports for legacy applications and interfaced systems. While also participating in monitoring, supporting, and maintaining other clinic-wide hardware within the IS department.
Typical Requirements:
- Computer knowledge and keyboarding experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, SQL, Crystal Reporting, and HL7 Interfaces.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and makes decisions using reasonable and logical judgment.
- Two or more years of previous experience in programming software.
- One or more years of previous experience in technical support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years of previous experience in programming software.
- Three or more years of previous experience in technical support.
- Build/Maintain Delphi Win 32 applications.
- Assist with HL7 interface build and troubleshooting.
- Scanning/Fax server troubleshooting and maintenance.
