Description

Assists the Information Systems department in analyzing and designing reports for legacy applications and interfaced systems. While also participating in monitoring, supporting, and maintaining other clinic-wide hardware within the IS department.

Typical Requirements: 

  1. Computer knowledge and keyboarding experience.
  2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, SQL, Crystal Reporting, and HL7 Interfaces.
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and makes decisions using reasonable and logical judgment.
  7. Two or more years of previous experience in programming software.
  8. One or more years of previous experience in technical support.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Three or more years of previous experience in programming software.
  2. Three or more years of previous experience in technical support.
  3. Build/Maintain Delphi Win 32 applications.
  4. Assist with HL7 interface build and troubleshooting.
  5. Scanning/Fax server troubleshooting and maintenance.

Pay Ranges

Base Hourly: $38 per hour
Annual: $79000 – $116000

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Est. Experience Required: 2 years
