Description

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

  1. Current certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (if applicable)
  2. Current licensure by the State of Oregon in required modalities.
  3. Certification in CPR / AED.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent.
  5. Working knowledge of Medical terminology, computers, and typing experience.
  6. Detail-orientated and effective organizational skills.
  7. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, staff, providers, and the public.
  8. Must be able to accommodate flexible hours and shifts pending department needs occasionally.
  9. Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping close attention to accuracy with minimal supervision.
  11. Ability to work independently and as a team participant.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. RT & LXMO = Two years of recent experience in diagnostic radiography.
  2. Interpret orders for routine and special radiographic studies with minimal or no supervision.
  3. Must have sufficient creativity and independent judgment to modify learned skills to fit individual patient circumstances.

Pay Ranges

Base Hourly: $23 per hour
Annual: $48000 – $60000
