You reach out to department leadership and providers to help resolve individual issues and identify systemic problems. Description

Assists patients with questions and concerns regarding patient care and company services; provides feedback to physicians and staff to help improve the quality of services provided.

Typical Requirements: 

  1. Three years of experience working with the public in a healthcare setting.
  2. Excellent telephone, communication, and listening skills.
  3. Effectively communicate with sometimes difficult or irate individuals.
  4. Excellent presentation skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Basic word processing computer skills (Access, Word)

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Knowledge of medical terminology.

Pay Ranges

Base Hourly: $27 per hour
Annual: $56000 – $87000

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Est. Experience Required: 3 years
