Description
Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all operations and activities of the medical group within the scope of the policies established by the Board of Directors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Seven years of prior medical group management experience.
- Experience in insurance contracting.
- Positive leadership qualities.
- Ability to work with physicians and other health care professionals.
- Possess the temperament to confront peers and foster conflict resolutions.
- Ability to foster the cooperation of others in the pursuit of common objectives.
- MBA or equivalent.
Pay Ranges
Base Hourly:
$72 per hour
Annual:
$150000 – $350000
Education & Experience
Est. Education Duration:
