Description
Performs general maintenance services on equipment and facilities. General repair knowledge, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing are most valuable.
Typical Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Skill in operating small tools associated with repair work.
- Ability to operate pager and cellular phone.
- Clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of maintenance functions and standards, including safety and sanitation.
Pay Ranges
Base Hourly:
$18 per hour
Annual:
$39000 – $73000
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
