Description

Performs general maintenance services on equipment and facilities. General repair knowledge, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing are most valuable.

Typical Requirements

  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
  3. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public.
  4. Good written and oral communication skills.
  5. Skill in operating small tools associated with repair work.
  6. Ability to operate pager and cellular phone.
  7. Clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Knowledge of maintenance functions and standards, including safety and sanitation.

Pay Ranges

Base Hourly: $20 per hour
Annual: $42000 – $73000
