It won’t involve a lot of patient interaction, but it will involve a lot of employee and team interaction.
Description
Responsible for dealing with all the technical issues that come in from various departments throughout the clinic while maintaining clinic Customer Service and Teamwork principles.
Typical Requirements:
- Computer knowledge and keyboarding experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within an office setting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritizes workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make reasonable and logical decisions.
- One year or more of technical and administrative support in IS and/or Healthcare environment.
- One year or more of experience with Microsoft Office products, Citrix, and Epic systems.
- One year or more of help desk duties in a healthcare environment.
- One year or more of experience with VOIP management.
- 1 year or more of hardware support and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Programming.
- Two years or more of technical and administrative support in an IS environment.
- Two years or more of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Two years or more of experience with Citrix, Epic, Cisco, and Active Directory.
- Two years or more of experience with Cisco UCCX, Cisco CUCM, and Cisco CUIC.
