Description
Provides operational support, through adequate documentation, data procurement, data analysis, change management, and accountability, to the entire organization (clinical & administrative) under the direction of and in collaboration with the Chief Financial and Operations Officer.
Typical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of five years of practice management experience.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Working with clinical and administrative teams to solve problems and improve operational results has proven success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree.
- Data analysis skills
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
