Description
Provides prompt and accurate insurance billing and customer service relating to patient billing questions.
Typical Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong phone skills
- Strong computer skills.
- Communication skills – effective listening, writing, spelling, and reading skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Telephone skills.
- Able to work as a team.
- Minimum two years experience in the business office within the medical field
- Ability to handle cash and balance accounts receivable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
Pay Ranges
Base Hourly:
$19 per hour
Annual:
$40000 – $56000
